Scam over Scam. Scam over Scam.. I gave very bad feedback on BookVIP and they called me as if they want to resolve my issue. They reffered to someother company called Mosterrg and they are asking all details and my credit card info. Then I went online and saw reviews and they are really bad. So surprised even I said scam ..taking that statement they are pulling into another scam.. what the hell is this bookVIP..

I booked a trip I booked a trip, paid & full. When customer service contacted me to ask me a few questions; they then told me that I couldn't use BookVip because i'm not 30. This information was hidden on the terms & conditions, which is at the bottom of the page hidden where you have to hit an external link to even read. The site was quick to take my money, slow to refund it, and never made it CLEAR before purchase that I had to be 30. Lol ok.

Bought a vacation package for Cancun… Bought a vacation package for Cancun Mexico. In May 2022 they said I have 18 months to use it, I called, and isked if I can switch to a vacation in the US, they transferred me to Monster reservations, they gave me a package to go to taihi village Nevada, I paid another $261.45, the next day they emailed me the confirmation #, and dates, when I called the resort in Nevada it doesn't exist, it's fake. ..they're lairs they're thiefs. I have the proof of what I paid.

Lies. Deception. & More Lies Lies. Deception. & More Lies If you notice the reviews on here, they're mostly by quite a few people with one reviews, meaning they're either fake accounts or paid marketing to have these reviews written. Most importantly, they'll advertise 5 star resorts on their website. It's a bait and switch scam where they advertise a "special" deal, but when in fact it's only 3.5 star accommodation. It's "5 star" according to them, not according to any hotel associations and standards. Don't waste your time and money since they won't refund your money. This is extremely unethical and lots of wasted time being on hold if you want to call them, if they even pick up at all.
