Hey there Peeps we're having a… Hey there Peeps we're having a fabulous time here at this amazing resort via del palmar in Cancun Mexico we booked through bookvip.com we saved so much more like hundreds if not a thousand or more and it's just lovely we love our private pool we're the only ones in it right now the beach is phenomenal our room is right there we can walk right to it the activities the bar none the food is great the staff is amazing couldn't ask for anything more in a vacation getaway I'm not just selling this I love it.

BookVip-Villa Del Palmar We booked a vacation at Villa Del Palmar in Cancun through BookVIP. La Casona Steak House was Excellent and Davino Italian restaurant was also delicious! The hotel is in a good location near Isla Mujeres and has several nice pools. We toured the new Garza Blanca hotel which was gorgeous, and we are anxious to return there for a vacation!

I booked a trip I booked a trip, paid & full. When customer service contacted me to ask me a few questions; they then told me that I couldn't use BookVip because i'm not 30. This information was hidden on the terms & conditions, which is at the bottom of the page hidden where you have to hit an external link to even read. The site was quick to take my money, slow to refund it, and never made it CLEAR before purchase that I had to be 30. Lol ok.

The worst business I’ve ever been… The worst business I’ve ever been associated with. We happily scheduled a vacation in late summer with them for February school vacation. We booked ski passes and other activities for $2000+ dollars (and our children, 9 and 11, were so excited). Exactly 1 week before our check-in, BookVIP called to let us know that it was canceled. We called the hotel where we were supposed to stay and they said there is vacancy, but at $1600 more (3 nights). Thanks for ruining our family vacation and wasting thousands of my hard earned dollars BookVIP. Shame on you

Bought a vacation package for Cancun… Bought a vacation package for Cancun Mexico. In May 2022 they said I have 18 months to use it, I called, and isked if I can switch to a vacation in the US, they transferred me to Monster reservations, they gave me a package to go to taihi village Nevada, I paid another $261.45, the next day they emailed me the confirmation #, and dates, when I called the resort in Nevada it doesn't exist, it's fake. ..they're lairs they're thiefs. I have the proof of what I paid.
