A nervous flyer I was a nervous wreck throughout the entire process. This was my first time flying with my elderly parents and I was so scared! Pablo Rivera was a God sent he was so calm and reassured me over and over that he would help me! Not only dis he help he ensured my parents were placed with wheelchair on both leaving and returning flights! He has helped me a couple days before to find our flight information on website of company to calm me down and extended his help for the day before we fly which will be in a couple days! He's GREAT!!!

Accommodating When I tried to get a certain flight, the section I tried to get was full. So an employee (Dave) one of the senior agents assisted me in finding a similar flight that matched the times and dates. He also gave me a discount to help with making the price as similar as the flight we tried to book.

Issac at Neattravels went above and… Issac at Neattravels went above and beyond providing air travel booking assistance. He was very professional in his approach and did everything exactly as he said he would do. Excellent communicator with great follow up on commitments made. Neattravels is very fortunate to have Issac on their team and I would highly recommend them when making travel arrangements. Definitely should ask for Issac, you won’t be disappointed. Top notch in all aspects.

Daisy Scott was so helpful. Daisy Scott was so helpful. I had "purchased" some airfare; but it was "pending" which apparently meant the airline ran out or discontinued the special price. Although Daisy was unable to get that deal she was able to secure tkts. that I did not seem able to get! Thanks Daisy!!

Awesome experience Daizy Scott was awsome she helped me with my accommodations for my trip to Florida. I will be definitely be using her again in the near future.
