the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! If you are a WOMAN DO NOT RIDE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! First and foremost i say woman because i was with a Group of 4 woman ALL WOMAN! From the beginning the driver had an issue with picking me up on time he was late and didn’t help me put my luggage away or open the door for me until i instructed him to do so. The owner never let us know that the service to come in the airport with a sign was extra so i basically had to beg him to come pick us up. Once he picks us up it’s my aunts birthday a 52 year old woman and her 50+ friends we are not rowdy young woman we are mature grown woman. There were no champagne glasses “due to COVID” there were also no plastic cups. So thankfully we brought our own. We got to our second location he was a little nicer and opened the doors but then because we thought we booked it per hour and the owner never explained the booking to us we weren’t aware we only did a drop off and pick up service with no sign or customer attention for $473 we were picked up at 10:15 bc he was late and then when we asked him to wait for us to do brunch he said ok. Aftwr waiting for us 45 minutes he calls and says it’s an extra charge per hour or minute so he proceeded to come up and interrupt our lunch instead of being discreet and sending me a text he personally came upstairs had me get up from my brunch to speak with him. Wanted to charge us an extra $400 for two hours so we declined we went downstairs to remove our luggage this man didn’t open the door didn’t take out the luggage was immensely rude. While not all middle eastern Indian men are rude this culture only respects men so if you are a woman unrepresented by a man do not do business with this limo service THEY DO NOT RESPECT WOMAN, or know how to communicate. The lack of professionalism and integrity as a man left me speechless. How could you be so rude to 5 harmless woman, i was respectful and courteous but i can only take so much disrespect and lack of customer service as a PAYING CUSTOMER!!! Iam baffled that in this day and age this is how we’re treating woman instead of being nice and courteous no these men were rude and the operator on the phone was immensely rude and only cared about money. while obviously we are all here to make money we cannot forget customer service!! the limo was dirty and unprepared for guests ! I have never in my life been treated as horrible as I’ve been treated with these people !
