Incredibly frustrating experience. Car seat request. I did not have a good experience. I reached out a few days ahead of my planned arrival to secure a car with car seat as I was traveling with my infant. I was quoted an amount and told to call when I arrive. I called upon my arrival where my flight got in 20m earlier which was great. I was told the car would arrive in 28m and sent the link to pay to confirm. The amount was far more expensive than what I was quoted a few days earlier. Every few minutes the arrival time delayed more and more. With an infant you can imagine how frustrating this became. Our ride came TWO hours later. There are limited options for a ride with car seat so I could not look elsewhere. Come to find out. Your company called an Uber. Had them go to your home to pick up the car seat THEN pick me up. This was incredibly frustrating experience and I am looking for a refund I hope to resolve for this inconvenience.

When the ride share apps weren't… When the ride share apps weren't working state taxi got through and stayed with me after multiple driver cancellations in the dead of night, ultimately getting to my flight on time. I can’t say enough they were a great help!

Much better than a meter taxi Much better than a meter taxi. Cheaper than a limousine or meter taxi. Driver was friendly. Car was luxury and clean. Frequent phone calls and lots of communication. Very fast and efficient service. Highly recommend.

We called several days in advance to… We called several days in advance to line up a taxi to meet us at our destination. They said they would arrive 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We arrived 45 minutes early and called to let them know that we had arrived and asked if they could come sooner. Within minutes, our driver arrived. Great service! Very reliable. Would recommend them to everyone. Definitely will use the service again.
