A quality parking operation. Drivers both on arrival and departure were courteous, professional and helpful. At departure I had a problem paying bill at the gate and the driver on his next run was behind us and directed us to the office to finalize our bill. The office personnel were also courteous, professional and helpful, explained why bill was higher than expected. Transaction was completed and we were on our way home. Will definitely use Jiffy Airport Parking in the future and refer friends.

Safe Parking at Newark Airport We utilized Jiffy Park at Newark Airport for 11 days while we were away on vacation. The shuttle followed us into the parking lot and picked us up as we unloaded our bags from our trunk. Upon retruning, 11 days later, we called Jiffy Park and a driver was disptached and picked up us within 2 minutes ! Safe, easy and most affordable option for flights departing from Newark Airport. Will certainly use next time we fly out of Newark.

Love my Jiffy parking! Jiffy always delivers exactly what they promise. Parking at Jiffy is reasonably priced, the pick up and drop off always runs smoothly and the attendants and drivers are the absolute best at customer service. I never park anywhere else!

Desk worker rude, Shuttle drivers good The team members working and or assisting the check in process where rude and unhelpful. A shuttle driver was able to explain the process to me when the team member was not willing to talk. During the return process it was the same interaction via the intercom at the gate. Team member was huffing into the microphone and being rude when explaining how to operate the gate. I am happy with the price i paid and the shuttle attendants but the other team member ( or members, not sure if it was the same lady) where not very good.

My flight was delayed 2.5hrs due to… My flight was delayed 2.5hrs due to severe thunder storms in NJ, so I arrived at 2am on the 19th instead of 11pm on the 18th and I was charged an extra days stay, there should have been a courtesy for this inconvenience, I was told "the parking lot has nothing to do with the airport!" Which is complete BS!, because I would NOT have used the parking lot if I wasn't taking a flight at the airport as I'm sure 99.9% of the customers are doing as well, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
