Satisfied customer here! I recently purchased a plane ticket last September 5, 2023 it was a good deal for the price since it was a short notice for the date but still we get a very cheap price. The e-tickets was sent to my e-mail a little bit late thanks to Mr. PAUL SMITH a representative from the ticketing office, he is so courteous and accommodating to all my concerns with regards to our ticket. I will definitely recommend to buy cheap plane tickets here!

At that point Mike Mayers rich out to me via Email and call me upon the phone to make sure I was aware of the situation and offer me tickets on the same flights for a higher price but some discounts. Big time Scam!!! The Agent Christiana did an amazing job convincing us until we noticed that we could not confirm the tickets on the airline's site. Anytime we made an inquiry, the tickets were repurchased and canceled. This was done 7 times until we were told that she was fired and tickets do not exist. Waste of time and money since we have to repurchase tickets at a higher cost months after our initial purchase. Screwing up 36 people in the process. Shame on Bestfaredeal! Total scam do not fall for this!
