I booked October 3 and I didn’t get my confirmation until a week after, October 10. I wasn’t worried because I know the company’s working to get me the best price. I emailed and I got a response by phone and text from Melisa! She was very helpful and clear to explain what is needed to confirm my booking. Satisfied customer here! I recently purchased a plane ticket last September 5, 2023 it was a good deal for the price since it was a short notice for the date but still we get a very cheap price. The e-tickets was sent to my e-mail a little bit late thanks to Mr. PAUL SMITH a representative from the ticketing office, he is so courteous and accommodating to all my concerns with regards to our ticket. I will definitely recommend to buy cheap plane tickets here!

I booked a flight through Bestfaredeal… I booked a flight through Bestfaredeal with Delta airlines and later found out that there wasn't a seat for me. I received a called from Stella informing of that. Stella assisted me to get another flight for the same days but on a different airline. She was able to book a flight and send me the confirmation within 24 hours. Stella was very informative and professional. The only thing was that I had to pay a little more for the tickets than originally.

I had a great experience this week when… I had a great experience this week when the airfare that I purchased on line was no longer available. At that point Mike Mayers rich out to me via Email and call me upon the phone to make sure I was aware of the situation and offer me tickets on the same flights for a higher price but some discounts. Mike Mayers was really good in handling… Mike Mayers was really good in handling my situation. I had an issue with my booking that he was able to resolve very quickly. It is my opinion that he knows what he's doing and I hope that the company will continue to work with him because he is a great asset to this company.
