I’m very disturbed with how I have been… I’m very disturbed with how I have been treated by ASAP agents and customer service representatives. I really believe they have been focused on charging me more money for the same flights/seats I purchased and they cancelled without my permission. I really don’t appreciate the run around and lack of customer service. Non-existent customer service.
