However, since I hadn't received a reference number for the actual airline I called fareowl to obtain this information. I was told that flight for that price was sold out but they can book it for almost three times the cost. I said I'd have to call back and the representative kept saying I have to take this one. He was getting angry and rude that I had to take this one. Bait and switch. I booked directly with United instead!

I give him a 5 because he is very good… Mr. Mateo Sánchez is a good salesman and gives very good customer service. He speaks Spanish very well.

I came across the website for Fareowl I came across the website for Fareowl - the price was so good, but after booking, I was concerned this was not a legitimate company. However, the next day I received a call from Katie Frey and she quickly helped me realize I had nothing to be concerned about. She helped me with ticketing the flights I wanted with Delta and I saved over $200. I would definitely recommend and use them again..Katie was exceptional to work with.

Not worth the “good deal” Total scam. Save yourself the frustration and buy through a reputable website. I bought tickets and after a couple minutes received a call from a representative saying tickets as purchased were not available and requesting for additional payment for upgrade or changing tickets to different airline. Guy got very combative when I just instructed him to cancel reservation and refund money. Worst experience I’ve had purchasing airline tickets and I fly regularly. Not worth the “good deal”.
