GBLast minute flight I had an emergency and had to get to Atlanta From philly in 24 hrs, so i booked a flight but the airlines rejected pmt because the name of passenger was not same as name on credit card. When I called back, your Rep katie Frey(852) not only found me a flight to leave in the next 5 hours, she took the time to get cc approved, and I was able to make the trip and take care of the emergency. I have never had a customer service rep take the time and really put in effort to help me out. Katie is an A+ rep and you need more like her.

Here are the facts: **Agency booking compromised: Electronic Authorization Agency Ref #: 6447 | 6647 | 6510 1. **Booking Issues:** I attempted to make a reservation through FareOwl.com, but the booking process was plagued with errors and glitches after I purchased two round-trip flight tickets. Confirmation codes were received. Days later, we found a subsequent cancellation of the two tickets paid for. 2. **Poor Customer Support:** When seeking assistance, I encountered unhelpful and unresponsive customer support. Finally, from somewhere, a text message arrived telling me that Delta Air Lines had canceled it. Continuing the struggle, Delta was concerned, and they demanded that the agency Fareowl.com, as a third party, reinstate the booking. My concerns were not adequately addressed, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution until December 17, 2023. Fareowl.com contacted me, only offering one-way flights as options, and let Fareowl.com know five days before returning, they never responds. 3. **Hidden Fees:** Be cautious of potential hidden fees. I discovered additional charges during the payment process that were not transparently communicated beforehand. 4. **Failure to Honor Deals:** FareOwl.com advertised certain deals and discounts that were not honored during the booking process. This lack of transparency raises concerns about the platform's integrity. They never responded to us, leaving us out of the family plans. 5. **No Refund Policy:** Despite the issues encountered, FareOwl.com, refund policy seems rigid and unaccommodating. This lack of flexibility adds to the overall dissatisfaction with the service. Fareowl.com doesn't provide refunds. Stealing the other half of $1,249, corresponding to the original round-trip payment in 08/16/2023. Fareowl.com never provided a returned ticket. We ended up buying two returning tickets with JetBlue as emergency for January 6 & January 14- 2024 6. **Inconsistent Information:** The information provided on the website was inconsistent with the actual booking process, leading to confusion and a lack of trust in the platform. *Here is the warning: fareowl.com 877-222-2165 Bookmyairtravel.com 888-713-3290 farebuddies.com 888-605-0690 They are all from the same third-party agency. Using the same location, 12 Queensbridge CT, apt. F Cockeysville, MD 21030. With one different phone. The master phone number is 240-398-3517. Another main issue funded: When you submit your payment for your booking reservation, your invoice and email confirmation will show you the last four digits of the other credit card payment, not the one belonging to you. That is a serious problem. That means they're as fast as cleaning money. 7. ** A formal complaint was submitted to BBB.org, assigned ID: 20993326 for fraudulent activity. Fareowl.com hasn't contacted BBB yet. Two more complaints will be filed with Washington, D.C., and a request to right dependency to take down this website until they get real and transparent for the community. I advise potential users to exercise caution when considering FareOwl.com for their travel bookings. My experience raises serious doubts about the reliability and transparency of this service. GBNot worth the “good deal” Total scam. Save yourself the frustration and buy through a reputable website. I bought tickets and after a couple minutes received a call from a representative saying tickets as purchased were not available and requesting for additional payment for upgrade or changing tickets to different airline. Guy got very combative when I just instructed him to cancel reservation and refund money. Worst experience I’ve had purchasing airline tickets and I fly regularly. Not worth the “good deal”.
