AMAZING The Blackride staff was so unexpectedly responsive and communicative. I had so many questions about details/confirmation info along the way. They were gracious in a way that I almost no longer expect so it was nice to pleasantly surprised. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is my second multiple ride booking… This is my second multiple ride booking with BR. Luke is great to deal with on the front end. He responds quickly. The rates have gone up but, what in this country has NOT gone up in the last 3 years? I highly recommend BR when you visit Miami.
