GBCruise to Miami Fl Had never been ti Miami FL so was pretty much in the dark to how we needed to get around. Was looking on my phone and here was this service, I called asked questions on how this worked and and what we needed. I encountered a very patient representative that explained thoroughly how everything worked and set up a time to when to expect our driver. We needed to be picked up at the airport be taken to motel. Then tge following morning picked back up at the hotel and taken to the port for a cruise. Then a week later picked back up at the port and taken back to the airport. We would have been lost without this service they were on time very respectful looked professional acted professional and made sure we were where we needed to be on time. Our first driver was William and I was very impressed with him he was standing in the luggage area waiting on us, our flight had been delayed for about 4 hours and I was worried that they wouldn't show but there he was he greeted us with a smile I was so thankful he made conversation with my husband the whole time got us to the motel in a timely manner in which we would have never found if we had been driving. We had 5 of us in our party and all of our luggage in which he insisted on getting. The next morning another driver came I couldn't pronounce his name but he was just as gracious.

GBExcellent experience and value Excellent experience and value. The booking process was excellent. Got an email confirmation with details and FAQ information that was clear and useful. Vehicle and drivers were outstanding. Had 4 adults (one with mobility scooter) and a baby with strollers and all luggage for a cruise. Pick up was on time. Driver got us and all of our stuff into the vehicle. We used the service from Fort Lauderdale to the Miami Cruise Port and back. Will use again.
