GBLies, and Scam They put a ticket off for a much cheaper price then proceed to email you using fake_names@flightforall, so that you don't notice the initial emails, and then either cancel your flight or upcharge you over $300+ from your initial purchase. watch out. they also tried using my card details without my authorization but were luckily able to dispute them before any further harm was done.

GBAbsolute scam and a way to get your information They called to tell me the flight was full but I'd already seen the reviews so I told them to cancel right away, a few days later someone tried to run a bunch of charges on the credit card I used which I don't normally use that often and luckily Chase saw this and alerted me. I see that other reviewers also had their cards charged to fraudulent charges so go figure, Avoid at all costs, and isn't it a little strange that all the good reviews keep mentioning the same 2 people, how many people work there? 3 maybe

CAVacation Booking I have done my flight bookings from Canada to Cancun with them and it was a wonderful experience. The prices they quoted me was one of the cheapest compared to all other airlines combined including Skyscanner and Google Flights. Customer support is also responsive.

GBAbsolute scam as others have reported Absolute scam as others have reported. Bait and switch in the classic sense. They tell you that the basic coach tickets are sold out and you need to upgrade to main cabin even though their fine print indicates that they will honor your reservation even if a price change occurs. Instead they claim that the tickets were sold out even though a computerized system locks in any purchase immediately.

GBGreat Service Using Chat feature I worked with Kate Garcia who was very patient with me. I did get the itinerary I wanted. Notwithstanding, you do have to keep up to get your confirmation. Kate told me to look for my confirmed reservation within 24 hours. Well, I’m impatient so I used the messaging service the following day and Ron was able to let me know that my flight was confirmed and I should get an email within an hour. I did and confirmed with airline. Thus, using the chat feature worked well. But you should make sure you are getting what you asked for. Specifically, if they send you Trip Plan, make sure all the info is there including the class you requested before Accepting.
