GBAbsolute scam as others have reported Absolute scam as others have reported. Bait and switch in the classic sense. They tell you that the basic coach tickets are sold out and you need to upgrade to main cabin even though their fine print indicates that they will honor your reservation even if a price change occurs. Instead they claim that the tickets were sold out even though a computerized system locks in any purchase immediately.

GBGreat customer service Great customer service. 9/15/24 I needed to make some changes on my booking. Due to current weather issues we had no cell service on our listed number. EJ was kind enough to begin solving our flight issues via email. Did manage to get phone service at another location from our home and EJ was very kind and understanding despite the poor cell sevice.

GBDuke was great! Duke Christopher was fantastic, he saved our vacation! We had so much trouble before with getting airline flights that we were ready to cancel our vacation. Then luckily we called the Flights for All and Duke not only answered right away, he explained everything wonderfully well and calmly. He gave us confidence that we had the best available flight choices like we never had before. It truly was a pleasure interacting with him and negotiating the confusing and confounding world of airline flights!

GBAbsolute scam and a way to get your information They called to tell me the flight was full but I'd already seen the reviews so I told them to cancel right away, a few days later someone tried to run a bunch of charges on the credit card I used which I don't normally use that often and luckily Chase saw this and alerted me. I see that other reviewers also had their cards charged to fraudulent charges so go figure, Avoid at all costs, and isn't it a little strange that all the good reviews keep mentioning the same 2 people, how many people work there? 3 maybe

GBScam travel agency - bait and switch Purchased round trip tickets, or so I thought. Received an email with a booking confirmation and small print stating that I need to email or call to confirm the trip. Then I get a phone call the next day from the company looking for me to upgrade with the excuse that "southwest charges more for carry ons". Ps, in all my years flying Southwest, no they do not. I could immediately tell this was a scam to charge me more money and then they sent me an email cancelling my flight. I never had a booking to begin with, this was a total bait and switch scam.
