USThank you, Official Ride. My wife and I have now used Official Ride many times to travel between our home on Long Island and JFK and LaGuardia airports. The regional manager (Miguel) has every time provided timely pick up and drop off for us, and the costs are entirely fair. His drivers can always be communicated with (text or phone), so their pick up arrivals are consistently precise. Even with several flight time changes I recently endured, I was able to communicate with Miguel or the driver. Unlike with other car services I've used, and considering the easy communication with Miguel and/or the drivers, we have become 100% confident that our pickups at the airports will always be perfect. We will remain customers!
