Don't use these clowns I was going to go to Arizona last December and when I canceled the jackals charged me a 100 dollar cancelation fee. I canceled because nothing was open due to covid. They didn't give a rats petuty they just wanted my credit card number so that they could make an extra 100 dollars off of me. They gave me a 200 dollar travel voucher and I went to there web sight and I couldn't find where to even look up for the dates that I want to go to Arizona at the beginning of next year. I'll never use these clowns again. I'll go to the airlines website even if it costs me more money.

Excellent Customer Service Dana White did a great job helping us out with changing our flights and getting us a much appreciated credit to use within the next 2 years. Another airline we received a credit from during Covid19 only allowed the credit to extend for 3 months. We will definitely fly again with Delta

After reading the bad reviews, I called them to make sure that my reservation was made only to be responded by a very unprofessional and rude guy that my flight has now gone up $200. This only confirmed the reviews I had read about being scammers and cancel the flight with them. BEWARE!!!!
