GBI absolutely love this company I absolutely love this company! I haven’t been able to get a virgin America model airplane as it doesn’t exist anymore. They were able to customize everything down to the detail, shipping was amazing and they communicated everything along the way. I’m looking to do a f16 next and will definitely be coming back. GBPatches for Sale to Public I'd commented earlier on the fact most of your patches are available only in large numbers at high prices. Your answer made a great deal of sense and I accept it and understand. However, it would be a great benefit to us collectors if you would maybe add a section to your website that would show the patches that are for sale in small numbers to collectors and the general public. It would sure make "the hunt" easier.

GBBuy somewhere else Placed a custom order - received design, sample and then was told my order was cancelled. Customer service took days to respond. Will never order from again. There is absolutely nothing anywhere on the website that mentions you need to be a member of any organization to order any of their products. In all of the emails they will not say why I can purchase some patches on their site, but not others. Awful experience overall. As of writing this review, I have yet to receive a refund for the $400 order. Also, please note the tone of the response to this review, they couldn't care less about their customers. FYI I emailed a few times to figure out why my order was being cancelled, I did not call once, & this is the only review I've left.

GBDon't order unless you have 8 months to spare Ordered a mini model from this company in September with an estimated delivery towards the end of November. It's December and I've just been told it's got 3-4 more weeks to get out of "artist stage" and then will go to production. This was a going away gift, and God willing, the person will be able to get it in time to be a going away gift from their next assignment. Communication is like pulling teeth. The only reason they get business is because they're the only game in town, but with customer service like this, that won't last much longer.
