They were able to customize everything down to the detail, shipping was amazing and they communicated everything along the way. I’m looking to do a f16 next and will definitely be coming back. Don't order unless you have 8 months to spare Ordered a mini model from this company in September with an estimated delivery towards the end of November. It's December and I've just been told it's got 3-4 more weeks to get out of "artist stage" and then will go to production. This was a going away gift, and God willing, the person will be able to get it in time to be a going away gift from their next assignment. Communication is like pulling teeth. The only reason they get business is because they're the only game in town, but with customer service like this, that won't last much longer.

Patches for Sale to Public I'd commented earlier on the fact most of your patches are available only in large numbers at high prices. Your answer made a great deal of sense and I accept it and understand. However, it would be a great benefit to us collectors if you would maybe add a section to your website that would show the patches that are for sale in small numbers to collectors and the general public. It would sure make "the hunt" easier.
