Product Quality I ordered a few patches for my uniform. They weren't the quality I expected, so I contacted Aviation Gear. They responded quickly to ask for photos of the products, which I sent back. Then no reply--i won't order from them again or recommend to others.

Above and beyond!! Recently entered a contest cosponsored by AviatorGear and for entering was given a free AG T-shirt. Well, the T-shirt just arrived...AND a sticker sheet, a jacket patch, and a handwritten postcard! And this is how a company should do business! Thank you, AviatorGear for going above and beyond! Placed an order for a replica of my… Placed an order for a replica of my C172P on March 6, 2023. Promised date was May 29th. I emailed on June 6th. No response. Called today (June 14) and got a customer service person based in Philippines even though website claims based in Jacksonville. The model is being made somewhere in Asia. Have been given no information nor do I have a ship date. The customer service does not have any information other than she will escalate. Not sure I have faith in that. I was going to order a second model but will refrain. They've had my money for quite sometime now.

These guys do incredible work These guys do incredible work. All my models look like a masterpiece. They strive for accuracy above all, and their packaging and delivery ensure the model arrives in perfect condition. They built me a B-24 that was named "Boulder Buff," honoring my alma mater, the University of Colorado-Boulder. That plane had a CU grad as its pilot, and I wanted it for my collection.
