Tried to get info today January 5 2024... update? Online chat says we'll get back... Called the number and got a foreign call center.... Hope I didn't get screwed..

Zaps 0 stars. Customer service better. Customer service: 5 stars. Fast response, quick edits and changes to designs and awesome communication throughout the process. Product: Patches, loved. Nice quality stiching and colors. Product: Zap stickers: 1 star. horrible. Flimsy not protected surface that scrapes away with minimal contact. You can tell the Aviatorgear zaps at deployment locations because it looks like a clear white sticker. All of mine have faded in high traffic areas after ONE WEEK while others whos have been up way longer look brand new. I hope AG reads this because they need to come up with a solution. I won't be ordering any more unless I can be promised the Zaps can last longer than a week.

They built me a B-24 that was named "Boulder Buff," honoring my alma mater, the University of Colorado-Boulder. That plane had a CU grad as its pilot, and I wanted it for my collection. Placed an order for a replica of my… Placed an order for a replica of my C172P on March 6, 2023. Promised date was May 29th. I emailed on June 6th. No response. Called today (June 14) and got a customer service person based in Philippines even though website claims based in Jacksonville. The model is being made somewhere in Asia. Have been given no information nor do I have a ship date. The customer service does not have any information other than she will escalate. Not sure I have faith in that. I was going to order a second model but will refrain. They've had my money for quite sometime now.

I absolutely love this company I absolutely love this company! I haven’t been able to get a virgin America model airplane as it doesn’t exist anymore. They were able to customize everything down to the detail, shipping was amazing and they communicated everything along the way. I’m looking to do a f16 next and will definitely be coming back.
