GBPlaced an order for a replica of my… Placed an order for a replica of my C172P on March 6, 2023. Promised date was May 29th. I emailed on June 6th. No response. Called today (June 14) and got a customer service person based in Philippines even though website claims based in Jacksonville. The model is being made somewhere in Asia. Have been given no information nor do I have a ship date. The customer service does not have any information other than she will escalate. Not sure I have faith in that. I was going to order a second model but will refrain. They've had my money for quite sometime now.

GBI absolutely love this company I absolutely love this company! I haven’t been able to get a virgin America model airplane as it doesn’t exist anymore. They were able to customize everything down to the detail, shipping was amazing and they communicated everything along the way. I’m looking to do a f16 next and will definitely be coming back. GBPatches for Sale to Public I'd commented earlier on the fact most of your patches are available only in large numbers at high prices. Your answer made a great deal of sense and I accept it and understand. However, it would be a great benefit to us collectors if you would maybe add a section to your website that would show the patches that are for sale in small numbers to collectors and the general public. It would sure make "the hunt" easier.

GBCould this take any longer? I'll retract my low score if they make it right and get back to me. Ordered and paid for model October 8 2023. They reported expected delivery date Dec 30 2023... Tried to get info today January 5 2024... update? Online chat says we'll get back... Called the number and got a foreign call center.... Hope I didn't get screwed..
