I absolutely love this company I absolutely love this company! I haven’t been able to get a virgin America model airplane as it doesn’t exist anymore. They were able to customize everything down to the detail, shipping was amazing and they communicated everything along the way. I’m looking to do a f16 next and will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys so much!!

Bad experience Place an order with this company on December 13th, 2022. The company was quick with requesting images of the plane. This is a Christmas gift for a doctor in our department. He also called the company with information about the plane when placing the order. The deliver date is listed on the order of March 7, 2023. The doctor has called several times about the order and has been told that production is delayed and they had many orders, so it will be another 4 weeks. Those 4 weeks have come and gone, now the middle of June and no contact from the company. There has been no update on when the plane will arrive and they have the money. I would not suggest using this company, no communication and not trust worthy.

It took some time to get it but I expected that since Ive done this before. Wanted to give thanks for Cristina Reyes for all her support getting this model to me. 5 Star Transaction. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND… EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER NEED UNDERSTANDING It it the first and of course the last time I order anything from this ‘company’. I ordered a customer own designed model. The completion of the order and the model shipment were promised for April 22nd. Nonsense!!! Not only that it has not still shipped out but their ‘senior designer’ or whatever title she wears Cristina Reyes has no customer service orientation and is full of nonsense and lies. They obviously received their money but the customer has never received their order as promised. I am considering legal actions against this company and I was wondering if someone has experienced something similar with them and what actions one has taken against them.

Buy somewhere else Placed a custom order - received design, sample and then was told my order was cancelled. Customer service took days to respond. Will never order from again. There is absolutely nothing anywhere on the website that mentions you need to be a member of any organization to order any of their products. In all of the emails they will not say why I can purchase some patches on their site, but not others. Awful experience overall. As of writing this review, I have yet to receive a refund for the $400 order. Also, please note the tone of the response to this review, they couldn't care less about their customers. FYI I emailed a few times to figure out why my order was being cancelled, I did not call once, & this is the only review I've left.
