Could this take any longer? I'll retract my low score if they make it right and get back to me. Ordered and paid for model October 8 2023. They reported expected delivery date Dec 30 2023... Tried to get info today January 5 2024... update? Online chat says we'll get back... Called the number and got a foreign call center.... Hope I didn't get screwed..

Great work Had been looking for a model to be customized to a specific aircraft and aviator gear knocked it out of the park. Good quality and exactly what I wanted.

Zaps 0 stars. Customer service better. Customer service: 5 stars. Fast response, quick edits and changes to designs and awesome communication throughout the process. Product: Patches, loved. Nice quality stiching and colors. Product: Zap stickers: 1 star. horrible. Flimsy not protected surface that scrapes away with minimal contact. You can tell the Aviatorgear zaps at deployment locations because it looks like a clear white sticker. All of mine have faded in high traffic areas after ONE WEEK while others whos have been up way longer look brand new. I hope AG reads this because they need to come up with a solution. I won't be ordering any more unless I can be promised the Zaps can last longer than a week.

Bad experience Place an order with this company on December 13th, 2022. The company was quick with requesting images of the plane. This is a Christmas gift for a doctor in our department. He also called the company with information about the plane when placing the order. The deliver date is listed on the order of March 7, 2023. The doctor has called several times about the order and has been told that production is delayed and they had many orders, so it will be another 4 weeks. Those 4 weeks have come and gone, now the middle of June and no contact from the company. There has been no update on when the plane will arrive and they have the money. I would not suggest using this company, no communication and not trust worthy.

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND… EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER NEED UNDERSTANDING It it the first and of course the last time I order anything from this ‘company’. I ordered a customer own designed model. The completion of the order and the model shipment were promised for April 22nd. Nonsense!!! Not only that it has not still shipped out but their ‘senior designer’ or whatever title she wears Cristina Reyes has no customer service orientation and is full of nonsense and lies. They obviously received their money but the customer has never received their order as promised. I am considering legal actions against this company and I was wondering if someone has experienced something similar with them and what actions one has taken against them.
