Bad experience Place an order with this company on December 13th, 2022. The company was quick with requesting images of the plane. This is a Christmas gift for a doctor in our department. He also called the company with information about the plane when placing the order. The deliver date is listed on the order of March 7, 2023. The doctor has called several times about the order and has been told that production is delayed and they had many orders, so it will be another 4 weeks. Those 4 weeks have come and gone, now the middle of June and no contact from the company. There has been no update on when the plane will arrive and they have the money. I would not suggest using this company, no communication and not trust worthy.

Zaps 0 stars. Customer service better. Customer service: 5 stars. Fast response, quick edits and changes to designs and awesome communication throughout the process. Product: Patches, loved. Nice quality stiching and colors. Product: Zap stickers: 1 star. horrible. Flimsy not protected surface that scrapes away with minimal contact. You can tell the Aviatorgear zaps at deployment locations because it looks like a clear white sticker. All of mine have faded in high traffic areas after ONE WEEK while others whos have been up way longer look brand new. I hope AG reads this because they need to come up with a solution. I won't be ordering any more unless I can be promised the Zaps can last longer than a week.

I absolutely love this company I absolutely love this company! I haven’t been able to get a virgin America model airplane as it doesn’t exist anymore. They were able to customize everything down to the detail, shipping was amazing and they communicated everything along the way. I’m looking to do a f16 next and will definitely be coming back. Placed an order for a replica of my… Placed an order for a replica of my C172P on March 6, 2023. Promised date was May 29th. I emailed on June 6th. No response. Called today (June 14) and got a customer service person based in Philippines even though website claims based in Jacksonville. The model is being made somewhere in Asia. Have been given no information nor do I have a ship date. The customer service does not have any information other than she will escalate. Not sure I have faith in that. I was going to order a second model but will refrain. They've had my money for quite sometime now.
