I absolutely love this company I absolutely love this company! I haven’t been able to get a virgin America model airplane as it doesn’t exist anymore. They were able to customize everything down to the detail, shipping was amazing and they communicated everything along the way. I’m looking to do a f16 next and will definitely be coming back. Buy somewhere else Placed a custom order - received design, sample and then was told my order was cancelled. Customer service took days to respond. Will never order from again. There is absolutely nothing anywhere on the website that mentions you need to be a member of any organization to order any of their products. In all of the emails they will not say why I can purchase some patches on their site, but not others. Awful experience overall. As of writing this review, I have yet to receive a refund for the $400 order. Also, please note the tone of the response to this review, they couldn't care less about their customers. FYI I emailed a few times to figure out why my order was being cancelled, I did not call once, & this is the only review I've left.
