They strive for accuracy above all, and their packaging and delivery ensure the model arrives in perfect condition. They built me a B-24 that was named "Boulder Buff," honoring my alma mater, the University of Colorado-Boulder. That plane had a CU grad as its pilot, and I wanted it for my collection. Patches for Sale to Public I'd commented earlier on the fact most of your patches are available only in large numbers at high prices. Your answer made a great deal of sense and I accept it and understand. However, it would be a great benefit to us collectors if you would maybe add a section to your website that would show the patches that are for sale in small numbers to collectors and the general public. It would sure make "the hunt" easier.

Product Quality I ordered a few patches for my uniform. They weren't the quality I expected, so I contacted Aviation Gear. They responded quickly to ask for photos of the products, which I sent back. Then no reply--i won't order from them again or recommend to others.

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND… EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER NEED UNDERSTANDING It it the first and of course the last time I order anything from this ‘company’. I ordered a customer own designed model. The completion of the order and the model shipment were promised for April 22nd. Nonsense!!! Not only that it has not still shipped out but their ‘senior designer’ or whatever title she wears Cristina Reyes has no customer service orientation and is full of nonsense and lies. They obviously received their money but the customer has never received their order as promised. I am considering legal actions against this company and I was wondering if someone has experienced something similar with them and what actions one has taken against them.
