GBI wish I saw this site before ordering I wish I saw this site before ordering! I experienced every issue everyone else has. No communication. Write an email? Get a response if you’re lucky in 4 days. Ordered in March 2023, was told first week of July delivery. Then you guessed it! Production delays, wood shortage… etc! After reading these reviews how do you have a wood shortage for over a year? Finally got notification of shipping and for shipping from Jacksonville to Orlando it would take… 2 weeks? This things coming from out of country… the site and experience is false promises…

They strive for accuracy above all, and their packaging and delivery ensure the model arrives in perfect condition. They built me a B-24 that was named "Boulder Buff," honoring my alma mater, the University of Colorado-Boulder. That plane had a CU grad as its pilot, and I wanted it for my collection. GBGreat customer service! I ordered a briefing stick. Delivery was pretty drawn out as these are custom creations. The 1st one came back and looked good but had been packaged before the clear coat had cured, so the wrapping stuck to the model. I gave feedback and Aviator Gear contacted me based on the feedback and told me they would ship another. The replacement came last week and looks great. Outstanding customer service!
