Don't order unless you have 8 months to spare Ordered a mini model from this company in September with an estimated delivery towards the end of November. It's December and I've just been told it's got 3-4 more weeks to get out of "artist stage" and then will go to production. This was a going away gift, and God willing, the person will be able to get it in time to be a going away gift from their next assignment. Communication is like pulling teeth. The only reason they get business is because they're the only game in town, but with customer service like this, that won't last much longer.

Product Quality I ordered a few patches for my uniform. They weren't the quality I expected, so I contacted Aviation Gear. They responded quickly to ask for photos of the products, which I sent back. Then no reply--i won't order from them again or recommend to others.

Buy somewhere else Placed a custom order - received design, sample and then was told my order was cancelled. Customer service took days to respond. Will never order from again. There is absolutely nothing anywhere on the website that mentions you need to be a member of any organization to order any of their products. In all of the emails they will not say why I can purchase some patches on their site, but not others. Awful experience overall. As of writing this review, I have yet to receive a refund for the $400 order. Also, please note the tone of the response to this review, they couldn't care less about their customers. FYI I emailed a few times to figure out why my order was being cancelled, I did not call once, & this is the only review I've left.

Great work Had been looking for a model to be customized to a specific aircraft and aviator gear knocked it out of the park. Good quality and exactly what I wanted.
