Transformative experience! We just spent one month at Mimamsa Yogshala and we really loved the experience. We made a deep dive into yoga, which is far more multifaceted than I had anticipated, and the program had a nice balance of asana’s and the more mental aspects of yoga. The food was great too! Above all, we really liked the people, both the students this school attracts, and the personnel that works so hard to make it an amazing experience. The smiles on their faces are infectious, and we’ve certainly brought them home with us! Would recommend!

The 200-hour holistic yoga teacher… The 200-hour holistic yoga teacher training course has a well balanced curriculum and kind teachers, friendly to any interested beginner yogi that wants to become a teacher; while the teachings are delivered with depth so that anyone - including and specially more advanced students - can embark in a journey of persistent growth. This experience is made complete by the community, Mimansa, the family, the town, and of course your classmates, your yogi family. Also, the food was delicious.

200 hour yoga teacher training with Mimamsa, Rishikesh I recently completed the 200 hour teacher training course at the Mimamsa yoga school in Rishikesh and cannot rate this highly enough. The whole experience was amazing, from the teaching to the environment, the excursions, the food, the other students and the staff group as a whole. I arrived expecting to learn yoga but came away having learned so much more all of which I will take forward in to my teaching but also my way of life. I was told it would be transformative and it absolutely was. I can’t thank everyone involved enough and very much look forward to visiting again in the very near future
