GBI had booked a party at the Kensington… I had booked a party at the Kensington branch carribean themed night for my daughter. The food was horrendous, burnt & inedible, we had complained on the night to the manager & other members of staff who advise that the regular chef could not attend due to an emergency but no one had taken accountability. I had paid over £2,000 I had previously attended a carribean themed night at the earls court branch several years ago & that was a wonderful experience but the Kensington site are very unprofessional, they do not return calls & the staff are always in a meeting. I am saddened with the outcome of my complaint & will never attend there again or recommend anyone
