Jim from Air Line Business was very helpfully Jim from Air Business Class was extremely knowledgeable in regards to our flights for our trip to Europe, and gave us more than a few options for Airlines, dates, prices, ertc. I would highly recommend them.

Shame on AirBusinessClass Air business class not only falsely states that it disclosed it's almost 30% of the price of the ticket fee, but also refusing to refund this charge despite the flight cancellation by the airline. Their supervisor also pretend that he did not know that the charge was re-posted despite my multiple attempts to get my money back.

She was very patient in waiting for me to gather documents and following up with me Until the process was complete. We will be using air business class again. For the excellent value we receive. Value as it related to cost, service, and customer follow up.
