Had to pay to rectify a technical glitch Have been satisfied with past use of their travel service. Most recently my name was repeated (both first and last) in the airline reservation system. The second passenger info was fine. Quite obviously, I did not intentionally repeat my name, and immediately realized that the handshake between the airline system and the AranGrant system had a technical glitch. I was then asked to pay to have the name corrected. Surprising that they would ask me to pay for a technical glitch on their end, and especially considering I am a returning customer. Very disappointed.

After weeks and weeks of trying to book… After weeks and weeks of trying to book a flight from the US to Singapore then to the Maldives was a constant struggle and so very frustrating. Finally saw an ad for Arangrant. I immediately put in my phone number and email address and within one minute received a call from Henry. From there it was the easiest most pleasant process I’ve ever experienced in the service industry. We were booked for our amazing trip within two hours and the prices were better than anything I found for weeks. Henry was so kind, patient, friendly, and made the whole experience unbelievably awesome. If you want to travel, please reach out to this company and ask for Henry, he is the best!! 5 stars all the way!!

This is a dishonest company who will… This is a dishonest company who will only partially refund me for a cancelled ticket. I found out too late that they have an awful reputation. Do not use them.
