HORRIBLE TRAVEL AGENCY I have never dealt with a travel agency that is so shady, hard to understand, fast talking and nasty when it comes to trying to resolve an issue. STAY AWAY!! They will leave you high and dry with no apologies. They charged me $275 to cancel a flight, $140 to change a date and I was given a minimal credit certificate that only they will redeem. Never going to happen. Live and learn.

Shane is awesome and works for a great company I had many troubles figuring out my international flight. Shane worked tirelessly to help me figure everything out. I ended up having to call him multiple times and not once did he complain. He even called me back to finish the final details. Good job Shane, and thanks

I express my special gratitude to… I express my special gratitude to travel agent Dexter for the qualified work. My flight cancellation from Los Angeles to Columbus and refund were handled very professionally and as quickly as possible. I'm really grateful to Dexter for doing a great job. With great respect, Margarita Divakova

Nathan was the very best. Nathan was the very best. Please keep him. It is hard to find good customer service

Unaccompanied Minor Guidance I had no idea what kind of assistance I would get contacting Fond Travels but the Reresentative, Shaun, was a wealth of knowledge and answered all my questions. He reassured me of my steps in preparing my unaccompanied minor for travel. I can't thank them enough. 10/10
