They give you one point of contact, so you can call and email them directly. I really appreciated this aspect, that I was able to stay with one person throughout the whole process since it made everything go so smoothly. Lightning Speed and great people to work with I was surprised to see my passport expires the day I planned to return from overseas, even more so discovering my country of travel requires 6 month validity.... Allstate passports staff were responsive on the phone and via email, were very adept at handling overly stressed clients, and processed my passport in an un heard of time. Within 1 week I had my new passport, in plenty of time for my trip in 2 weeks. I cut it close but working with Allstate Passports, a huge relief was deliverd.
