Nelson provided kind and caring responses and was able to secure a roundtrip ticket when the airline agencies indicated all flights were sold out. I also used this company in planning a 19 day round trip for 3 persons from Washington state to Shillong India. Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs. I had to scramble to book a new flight after being told that there was a "problem" with my booking. I never received any calls or emails to let me know about this "problem" until after all of the seats were booked and they wanted several hundred extra dollars to get another flight. Completely unacceptable.

Advertised (and contracted) price was raised!!! The initially advertised price for my fare was RAISED by these guys $50 overnight, between booking and ticket issuance. When I said I wanted to cancel I was told there would be a $50 charge, although NO charge had yet been processed, NOR had a ticket been issued, and it was less than 24 hr, meaning that I had the right to cancel without a fee.. I blocked my card. Don't trust these guys.
