Advertised (and contracted) price was raised!!! The initially advertised price for my fare was RAISED by these guys $50 overnight, between booking and ticket issuance. When I said I wanted to cancel I was told there would be a $50 charge, although NO charge had yet been processed, NOR had a ticket been issued, and it was less than 24 hr, meaning that I had the right to cancel without a fee.. I blocked my card. Don't trust these guys.

I asked to speak to a manager, I was transferred to Nelson. He was so patient and kind to me, even though I was not very nice to him in the beginning. He eased my mind, he explained exactly what the situation was with all 4 tickets/reservations. We had to change our flight date after he had already spent so much time with myself and my friends husband and he was wonderful!!! I will definitely use them again. Thank you Nelson!

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs. I had to scramble to book a new flight after being told that there was a "problem" with my booking. I never received any calls or emails to let me know about this "problem" until after all of the seats were booked and they wanted several hundred extra dollars to get another flight. Completely unacceptable.
