Nelson was most helpful during a time … Nelson was most helpful during a time when I was quite concerned in getting granddaughter out of harms way. Nelson provided kind and caring responses and was able to secure a roundtrip ticket when the airline agencies indicated all flights were sold out. I also used this company in planning a 19 day round trip for 3 persons from Washington state to Shillong India. Advertised (and contracted) price was raised!!! The initially advertised price for my fare was RAISED by these guys $50 overnight, between booking and ticket issuance. When I said I wanted to cancel I was told there would be a $50 charge, although NO charge had yet been processed, NOR had a ticket been issued, and it was less than 24 hr, meaning that I had the right to cancel without a fee.. I blocked my card. Don't trust these guys.

SCAM SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. We are supposed to leave in 2 hours and still do not have our tickets. This is supposedly an agent names Max Wilson. We have been on the phone all day with “agents” in India and still do not have tickets. SCAM.

Great Service I recommend talking to Scarlette if you have any doubts or questions. I put the wrong credit card information and she called to help resolve this matter. She ended up finding me a great flight for relatively the same amount. Also, she continued to look for better alternatives on her own and called me when she found the best deal. I highly recommend.
