I never received any calls or emails to let me know about this "problem" until after all of the seats were booked and they wanted several hundred extra dollars to get another flight. Completely unacceptable.

Advertised (and contracted) price was raised!!! The initially advertised price for my fare was RAISED by these guys $50 overnight, between booking and ticket issuance. When I said I wanted to cancel I was told there would be a $50 charge, although NO charge had yet been processed, NOR had a ticket been issued, and it was less than 24 hr, meaning that I had the right to cancel without a fee.. I blocked my card. Don't trust these guys.

Great Service I recommend talking to Scarlette if you have any doubts or questions. I put the wrong credit card information and she called to help resolve this matter. She ended up finding me a great flight for relatively the same amount. Also, she continued to look for better alternatives on her own and called me when she found the best deal. I highly recommend.
