Advertised (and contracted) price was raised!!! The initially advertised price for my fare was RAISED by these guys $50 overnight, between booking and ticket issuance. When I said I wanted to cancel I was told there would be a $50 charge, although NO charge had yet been processed, NOR had a ticket been issued, and it was less than 24 hr, meaning that I had the right to cancel without a fee.. I blocked my card. Don't trust these guys.

Nelson was most helpful during a time … Nelson was most helpful during a time when I was quite concerned in getting granddaughter out of harms way. Nelson provided kind and caring responses and was able to secure a roundtrip ticket when the airline agencies indicated all flights were sold out. I also used this company in planning a 19 day round trip for 3 persons from Washington state to Shillong India.
