At first I was nervous about using … At first I was nervous about using Fareskart. I thought there was a hugh concern with my booking reservation. I asked to speak to a manager, I was transferred to Nelson. He was so patient and kind to me, even though I was not very nice to him in the beginning. He eased my mind, he explained exactly what the situation was with all 4 tickets/reservations.
