Bait and Switch Sucked me with promise of low fare but after booking the departure date was not available and was charged almost twice as much and then spent more than an hour on phone being transferred around. Don't chance it.

Great customer service Ryan smith did excellent in helping me. He confirmed my flight and went over itinerary with me and even offered to check in on my behalf for an effortless experience.

Complete scam Complete scam. They take your money and "book" your flight, but when you show up to the airport there is no evidence of your booking. Then when you contact Farehutz they say the airline *just* cancelled your booking, and they can't refund your money until they get the refund from the airline - which m a g i c a l l y never happens. DO NOT TRUST.
