Great Team! I have had many experiences with the Go Carpathian team, and they are always positive. They are communicative and helpful.

Not A Good Business Decision For Us I'm very disappointed that I went with Go Carpathian for additional team members. I have developed my own system for hiring from other countries and knew that it works. My hope with Go Carpathian was that I could further streamline that process. They did communicate with me (which is why a 2 star) as I had challenges however most of their responses pushed the responsibility back on my shoulders. In the end, their team members were responsible for embarrassing mistakes in front of customers and ended up in us loosing key accounts. They put up a good front seeming like they were doing the work and had things taken care of but in the end left a trail of problems the rest of us were left to clean up. I just don't think they did enough to screen or support the team members they gave me. They just wanted to collect their money and let me deal with the issues.
