DKAwesome experience First of all - this is a GREAT experience - especially for people like us, who like the genuine nature experience without the "carnival" of plastic souvenirs and such. We arrived after a 6 hour drive and bought our tickets only to find out that the weather was changing from nice and sunny to rain with lots of thunder and lightning. The staff was SO accommodating and helpful and checked the radars continuously. After waiting for about an hour and a half, we finally got to go out on the boat and what a trip! The guide, Dan, took us out on the most beautiful and fun ride. He was knowledgable, informative and humorous. We can HIGHLY recommend this facility.
