GBI would not Recommened this travel… I would not rcommened this travel service in times of uncertainty. In my experience I booked a trip back in August of 2020. I paid a down payment for a trip in September of 2021. I wanted to cancel my trip because with the second variant of Covid I thought it was best to cancel altogther. Not to mention , there’s a great possibility for travelers to have to be vaccinated to travel by September of 2021 and I not willing to take the vaccine. The company did claim to confirm my spot. However , there is no date or time for the flight yet because no fight has been confirmed for a date in September of 2021.Travotrip refuses to give me my deposit back because my spot was confirmed even though no flight is confirmed for this trip at the moment. Therefore , I do not Recommened booking with the company because your money is at risk. They will not work with you should you need to get your money back even if a flight is not confirmed. It does not make sense how the company will refuse to give you your money back when a flight is not even confirmed. Not to mention, the times we are living in are unprecedented and unseen before. The company should be more humanitarian and ethical. Since they are not , I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.

GBI wish I could rate lower I wish I could rate lower. I bought this trip at the end of last year, but unfortunately my brother passed away shortly after buying the ticket. The date that I would have been traveling would fall on my brothers death anniversary, so I tried to cancel my trip. They said they could give me a credit for another trip after charging me another &100 for canceling my trip. I am absolutely baffled at this company and their extremely poor ethics.
