GBI used theGreat user interface and excellent customer service. I used their services which were very cheap initially. Less than 3 dollars for the first week. I quickly and easily made a professional, clean looking resume within 30 minutes. Their templates and auto fill features made short work of it. I wanted to cancel before my trial period ended as I had no more use for their services, but I forgot and I was billed the full subscription fee. Cris helped me cancel AND get a refund since I didn't need the subscription any longer. Great user interface and excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking to make a resume with less hassle and a few bucks to spare.
