I was having a bad day my aims 12k…quit I was having a bad day my aims 12k inverter quit working and was out of warranty. Missouri wind and solar are not allowed to repair aims inverters, i asked if they had a comparable unit in stock David said he had a 15k unit in stock and gave me a good price i asked who can repair the skymax units should i need warranty or repair he said they do the warranty and repair at their shop,great and with their help they got me a great rate to ship my 12k unit back to aims for repair, they handled the shipping and will recieve the unit back from aims saving me more money. Mile High weather and ice The product arrived, has been set up and is working...(thank you Trevor, your drawing helped!) We have since realized that at this altitude we need a bigger diffuser. The 2', in a small 2x3 ft metal tank, at 15° overnight, still freezes over. I fully intend to purchase a 5' diffuser to see if it can handle our weather...

Trevor at Missouri Wind and Solar was… Trevor at Missouri Wind and Solar was very accessible by direct phone. He sent me clear instructions on installing the batteries and solar panels. After it was all set up I called again and he walked me through the setup of the system. Everything went great with install and setup of this system.
