don't really see the point don't really see the point. they provided basic utility information that's a quick google or question to your real estate agent away. they spent an inordinate amount of time trying to upsell me on a home security system. they persistently want to be on a phone call instead of leveraging email or text. they ended up getting me a quote for a home warranty that was more expensive than the first one, at the same provider, that came up on google. when i asked for help securing an invoice my lender needed to provide a related credit, their (Brian) first answer was that they couldn't help, and then after I expressed disappointment, there was a half hearted effort thereafter. tbh, (1) i think goosehead (who referred me, and who actually was decent), should drop them and (2) anyone considering their services should skip them altogether. at best, useless; at worst, will skim some margins for their own benefit that aren't even that hard to procure yourself with an internet connection.

Excellent customer service The person who called me was very nice and friendly. He showed me different options that helped me save on internet and an home security package. He also shared info about his life too as I was sharing about mine since he is asking questions about your needs so it made it easier to share about my needs when he was willing to share some about his life too.

I can thinl of no company who would not want her on their team, good thing I just retired or I would be offering her a job. TOTAL WINNER fron to back!
