Great communication and customer experience. Alex communicated with me and kept me in the loop on where my order was the entire process. They didn't have the panel that I requested but they did have the same size and brand that was actually 10W more power output. They called and told me the situation and asked if it was ok to swap for the other panel. No surprises waiting when I got to the warehouse for pickup. The guys were very professional packaged my product and made sure it was secure since I had a long drive to get back home.

I don't usually write a review for a… I don't usually write a review for a company, or ever for that matter, but this I felt compelled due to the easy pickup I had this morning in Jacksonville, FL. I ordered 1 peice of Q CELLS 365w on Friday, and then I received a notification on my phone within 48 hours that it was ready. They let me inspect it and were very helpful with all the questions I had and they did all the loading for me. Now the only problem I have is finding something else to do the rest of the day cause I thought it was going to take up half my day. BIG THANKS A1SOLARPANEL

it was an easy and convenient pick up i saw the add for the panels on facebook and purchae two JA Solar 395w panels to support my bluetti solar battery. i chose the pick-up option which was about 40 minute drive from my house. the pick-up location was easy to find not far off the 80 freeway and the staff at the San Leandro Fullfillment center were very helpful. it was an easy and convenient pick up. i'm testing my panels solar input over the next couple weeks to find the best spot in my backyard and so far so good! Thanks!

Tier 1 panels at very low markup Hard to find panels available for pickup when you don’t need an entire pallet so I’m quite happy I found this companies website. Great price and communication. Will order from here again for future projects or expansion.
