Fantastic service and super friendly staff Was constantly receiving calls from different brokers asking to put together figures for me and chose these originally just because of how polite and friendly the guys were on the phone. So glad I did pick them, not only have they managed to secure me fantastic deals on our gas and electricity contracts, they are great to work with. Nothing is too much trouble, explain all the jargon so its easy to understand, constantly going that extra mile. Will definitely use them again and would recommend anyone to use them. Have had some experience with some brokers etc who have been quite abrupt/rude but these are in a legal of their own, can't praise them enough.

Honest and helpful. Keifer was honest and upfront from the start. Even though we aren't yet a customer of UPG he did all the work to help us apply for Climate change Levy exemption which has saved us a lot of money. Will be using his services in the future.
