Michael Frederick does a great job!!! Working with Michael Frederick has been great. He explains everything so well and can easily answer any questions I might have. Looking forward to my change to United Power Group!!!!

Change isn’t my thing But… Well I really don’t like do do this type of change because it take so much of my time and energy but from the first phone call from Michael I felt a instant connection as if I always known him so he took that frustration away from me for the most part. Michel has the patients of a saint be cause I’m a procrastinator and he hung with me through it.

Perfect Work Ethos Neil whom I dealt with was very knowledgeable and despite his exceptional circumstances called me even when at home to continue his dedication to his role within his job. He has explained the family run ethos they have within there workplace. All I can say is if this is what's happening and its filtering from the top. I wish for the universe & its entire power to aid them in becoming a well established and decent business. Neil is a great addition to any workforce.

Fantastic service and super friendly staff Was constantly receiving calls from different brokers asking to put together figures for me and chose these originally just because of how polite and friendly the guys were on the phone. So glad I did pick them, not only have they managed to secure me fantastic deals on our gas and electricity contracts, they are great to work with. Nothing is too much trouble, explain all the jargon so its easy to understand, constantly going that extra mile. Will definitely use them again and would recommend anyone to use them. Have had some experience with some brokers etc who have been quite abrupt/rude but these are in a legal of their own, can't praise them enough.
