Honest and helpful. Keifer was honest and upfront from the start. Even though we aren't yet a customer of UPG he did all the work to help us apply for Climate change Levy exemption which has saved us a lot of money. Will be using his services in the future.

Change isn’t my thing But… Well I really don’t like do do this type of change because it take so much of my time and energy but from the first phone call from Michael I felt a instant connection as if I always known him so he took that frustration away from me for the most part.
