Very open with information and a community of peers who can answer questions about the different clients offered so there is never a lack of help or support with Advaris.

I had an orientation with Andvaris a… I had an orientation with Andvaris a few days ago. The orientation was supposed to be an hour to 2 hours. It ran to about 4 hours. I needed help with an issue, Antoni said that he would help me but the moment he said that the connection from the orientation was lost. I tried e mailing Antoni several times and I can not get a response. I feel like I got played...I'm glad i didn't complete the background check for this company because my trust is lost with them. If it's like this before me working there I cant even imagine the confusion during working there...not worth the stress✌🏽

Complete ineptitude! I trained on the Arise platform with this IBO for 30 days. Five days ago (my week before QA) I got kicked out of my class. Zedrick and Antoni at Andvaris both reassured me for days that the issue I had with my drug test results would be and then were “fixed”. I had to speak with First Advantage, who confirmed several times, that my drug test was a pass in their system and my prescription was verified. I was then sent an SOW to sign by Andvaris last Friday, 7/12/2019. On Monday, yesterday, 7/15/2019 my SOW was signed and I was sent a verified copy. I was still however, unable to log into my class. I was reassured up until 5:44PM by Zedrick that Arise had fixed the issue and that I would be able to log back into class. The last time I checked last night was at 11:45 PM. I still was not able to log in. On Bitrix24 I messaged Zedrick to let him know this fact. I attempted to log into class today, 7/16/2019 and still could not; I also was not able to log into Bitrix24 any longer. I then noticed an email from Zedrick stating my contract was terminated. I was not given any reason, warning, or simple common courtesy. I have called, left messages, emailed, chatted all without the decency of a reply. If a company is not able to find a resolution they do not string some along for days and then just terminate them with the ineptitude to not explain why or come through with their promises of getting me on with another client “and make this right”. I’m a single mother who spent my time taking this class and this effects my livelihood and my daughter’s in so many ways!
