SEwe have been tibber customers in sweden… we have been tibber customers in sweden for three years now. they provide and buy our solar energy without any problem. tibber pays a good price for the electricity we produce, and accumulates the bonus, so that we do pay very little, even in the winter months. the bills always are on time and clearly understandable. we can recommend tibber for anyone that wants to buy and sell energy.

SEPerfect El provider with only one flaw Hi, I moved from E.on to Tibber as a recommendation from a friend. I liked how active they are and how their app is useful, showing today and tomorrow's hourly EL rate. Tibber has no termination, or exit fees, only green energy at wholesale prices. Try it out and we’ll both get 500 kr starting present to make our homes smarter! The only flaw is that they only offer variable rate El agreements (rörlig elavtal)

SEWay above the competition It's weird how people can have such different experiences with the same company. I've had a few different electricity suppliers in my life - none even came close to the transparancy, service, features and support I got from Tibber. Last night I asked a question in an un-affiliated facebook group about Tibber/Easee and smartcharging algorthms - today I received a very detailed answer by mail from a Tibber employee, who somehow found my question. When was the last time you experienced that from your electricity supplier? :-)

SECustomer support doesn’t exist Hi! I’ve signed for Tibber and then made up my mind, sent e-mail their site suggesting and have no answer at all. They haven’t canceled it. Called to my current supplier and they are saying that Tibber is blocking my contract. I can’t do anything with it. Strongly don’t recommend, feels like company can’t handle operations! It’s dead silence and it’s 19th of September.
