AUPower station stopped working with in… Power station stopped working with in warranty and clearly they do not honour there warranty as everything I've done they just pushed me off to someone else to give me the run around it's been three months of trying to get it replaced under warranty and gotten no where but my time wasted

GBTerrible company to do business with. Terrible company to do business with. Their website indicates delivery dates before making a purchase. These are not adhered to. There is an email link support@vdlpower. It's a waste of effort emailing them as they do not reply, shipping is not carried out until sometime after the indicated delivery date. I emailed cancelling the order as the expected delivery had passed and there was no shipping details for the order. There was no response, however 2 days later a shipping number was placed. I've not received the order to date so cannot comment upon the goods at this stage. I looked at their terms and conditions and they are not good. The website looks really professional but the links do not exist so you could think it's a scam site. If I had searched and read the reviews first I would not have made the order.

AUTerrible !!!!… Terrible customer service a faulty product and they just turn a blind eye do not want to help at all better stay away from this brand these people are not worth dealing with

GBFaulty unit, poor communication. I was send a faulty unit. Initially, I had some helpful communication with support, who tried to resolve the issue. On failing to do that I was eventually told that if I sent photos to prove the fault, they would arrange for a replacement. I did so over a week ago and have yet to have any response. My only remaining option is to take this up with my credit card company, unless you care to reply to me here? Update: well the review strategy worked, and they finally contacted me and offered me a refund as the unit is out of stock until the end of the month. Still less than impressed, but have added 2 stars in acknowledgement of the eventual resolution
