Poor Experience Now after receiving my CV and cover letter. First of all, the cover letter must have been a copy and paste from some else’s. I say this because she put engineering as my profession on it, when that is not my profession at all. Then, the format I chose for my CV has text box. I found out that you should NOT have text box on your CV/resume as it interferes with the automated systems and could potentially knock out your CV/resume. So why would a resume company not know this and have this as an option? I obviously asked for a refund because of these things and didn’t get a respond of course! The website says they have hundreds of Trustpilot reviews and shows a number of Google stars. I must be missing something but I couldn’t find that. I could not Find the hundreds of reviews on here. And why is there no company contact info such as address etc on the website? There are way too many red flags. I’m not sure how the other 2 people on trustpilot had a wonderful experience. Nonetheless, I had a poor experience. I hope it helps the next person to RUN!
