GBPurchased a whole house water system… Purchased a whole house water system from Lifesource. Called to have my unit serviced to be sure it was working properly and was informed that it was out of warranty and they would not service the unit or sell me parts. The only option they offered me was to purchase a new unit for $5,137.00.

GBLove our LifeSource system! The technician, Dan, did a fine job resolving my issue after Rob helped to determine what the problem was. Kudos to both! And now we have wonderful, drinkable water from every faucet, etc. in our home! This is our third LifeSouce system in out last 3 houses and we continue love the water quality and virtually no maintenance, unlike soft water & RO combination systems.

GBExcellent response and service from field tech The field tech was scheduled and came out as promised for a clock timer issue. It turns out one of the transformer wires was disconnected. This could probably have been corrected over the phone, but the tech also performed a back flush of the system before he left to make sure the system was operating properly

GBTHE INSTSALLERS DANNY AND JULIO WERE… THE INSTSALLERS DANNY AND JULIO WERE ON TIME. EXPLAINED COMPLETELY WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT TO TALK TO. AFTER THE TANKS WERE INSTALLED DANNY EXPLAINED HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS. REMINDED ME TO CALL IF I HAD QUESTIONS OR ANY PROBEMS.. THAY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO REMOVE THE OLD WATER SYSTEM, I WOULD RECOMMEND LIFESOURCE TO OTHERS...

GBVery Pleased Have had it a little over a Month , Everything better. Laundry, dishes, shower’s and most noticeable Our Drinking water is Fantastic. Getting use to back flushing, so far we Love it. Our Rep Roger and our installer were absolutely the Best , informative, polite and very Friendly. Get it you will be surprised at difference, Would suggest to setup back flush to water yard, flower beds as so not to waste water
