GBExcellent response and service from field tech The field tech was scheduled and came out as promised for a clock timer issue. It turns out one of the transformer wires was disconnected. This could probably have been corrected over the phone, but the tech also performed a back flush of the system before he left to make sure the system was operating properly

GBPurchased a whole house water system… Purchased a whole house water system from Lifesource. Called to have my unit serviced to be sure it was working properly and was informed that it was out of warranty and they would not service the unit or sell me parts. The only option they offered me was to purchase a new unit for $5,137.00.

GBDavid Brown stopped here to show my… David Brown stopped here to show my wife how to reset the timer, after we had disconnected & reconnected the transformer due to a plumbing problem. It was muddy, but mud did not stop him from coming (at least it wasn't pouring rain).

GBCustomer Service is perfect The customer service at LifeSource is a 10! I went online with a question about the system I purchased 2 years ago. They quickly called back and answered my questions. And they encouraged me to call back afterwards with a folllowup. I’m glad I chose LifeSource for my whole house filtration. The customer service with the previous system was frustrating and they didn’t uphold their warranty! I would highly recommend LifeSource
