No response. Zero customer service. I will not do business with them again and based on my experience cannot recommend to others.

GBPurchased 2 AV-30C’s Purchased 2 AV-30C’s. UPS lost the shipment, and AllAvionics immediately shipped out another pair while they filed the claim with UPS. Great customer service, and communication. I plan to purchase from them again!

GBI returned an AV 30, lies, could be fraud involved I returned an AV 30. I was told the refund would be credited to my card, a week later, it wasn’t, was told I would get a check, a month later, still wasn’t. Sent me a picture of a check they said would be mailed to me that day, a month later, didn’t receive it. A week later, it was credited to my card. Beware! Very troubling.
