The ground school you’ve been looking for… If you’re looking for a budget-friendly ground school that has all the bells and whistles of other ground schools, this is the ground school for you. It is very easy to understand, has a lot of extra content if you feel like doing that kind of stuff, and above all, you will come away feeling like a very confident, safe, and knowledgeable pilot.

Nick's teaching methods are thorough and he guides you on what to really focus on. He provides numerous resources to help you understand and genuinely cares about his students success. I brag about this ground school and recommend it to anyone whenever I can! Will be back with an update on my PPL written exam score!

Quality Material and Affordable! Part Time Pilot is the most affordable and best bang for your buck when it comes to ground schools. Nick seems to be the only person behind the company but he is a genuine guy that cares about his customers and wants them to be the best pilots they can be. The course is specifically for people who are very self motivated to finish their ground school because this course required lots of reading. The course doesn't get a 5 from me for the simple fact that there are courses out there that are better suited for visual learners and have great illustrations and visuals that help further understand the concepts. Overall, if you want to save money but still get quality material and don't mind a bit of reading, this is your best option for a ground school!

Halfway and Loving it About halfway through at this point and the content is very thorough and well put together. Nick and the team have done a great job and have this pretty much down to a science. You can tell Nick's commitment to helping every student by all the resources he makes available, including himself. Would recommend this over the other ground schools as there is more of a personable aspect to this community that you couldn't recreate elsewhere.

When you begin your training as a pilot… When you begin your training as a pilot the process can seem... well daunting. Nick does a great job of taking very complex ideas and chunks them into easily digestible lessons. As his program becomes more popular he is also constantly making it more relevant. Other companies haven't changed their approach for years. Nick keeps info fresh. Ive passed my written because of this program and now 20 hours into flying.
