GBAbsolute disgrace Absolute disgrace! Phoned to confirm stock and that they could manage VAT exemption for mobility scooter batteries which they confirmed. Travelled an hour to be told they wouldn’t manage the VAT exemption. Thanks for costing me £70 more than I needed it pay. AVOID!!

GBExcellent service Excellent service, my original motorbike battery was useless, so I ordered a replacement from BBL batteries (Bristol) in the afternoon (the only companythat stocked my battery in the UK), and it came the next day!! put the replacement on my bike and not had an issue since. The gentleman I ordered it from was very professional and had excellent customer service.

GBAvon Batt boost for power wheelchairs I ordered Avon Batt Boost battery and it arrived the next day. I decided to try it and all I could get from this additional battery on my wheelchair was 0.8 miles. Luckily I do have a controler on my wheelchair that is connected with my wheelchair batteries through an app so I can easily track if and how much the Avon Batt Boost battery gives me power. Spoke to the company and they asked me to try it again. In the second trial it was the same experiece. This battery is meant to give power for approximately 10 miles. I wont expect that much but at least something closer to 10 miles when is completely new. When requested a refund I was told that I am the only one that had this bad experience and that I have been unlucky. The thing is that apart form myself I have another friend that bought this Avon Batt Boost battery and he tried his battery. He could get about 3-4 miles from the Avon Batt Boost battery. He decided not to return it because he did not wanted the hassle and also as he said 3-4 miles might be better than nothing. The return and refund process was very smooth with the company. Regarding the product I would advise that each person should try how it works for them, but my experience was not good with this product.
