GBThis is a terrible place to do… This is a terrible place to do business, deceptive, trade practices, seem to be the norm at this business. my experience purchasing a brand new motor from them was so terrible that I’m having my attorney review the paperwork to see if I have a claim against him for deceptive trade practices. It was absolutely disgusting.

GBPurchased Pontoon on 8/1/19 after… Purchased Pontoon on 8/1/19 after visiting with dealership based on the integrity and honesty of the dealership. We requested delay in pick-up of boat due to illness in family and were told that would give enough time for the boat to be prepared with complete look over by maintenance to screw down all locks and bolts and a detailing of the boat. We picked up the boat on 8/16/19 from Houston with having to stop 3x due to bolts coming loose and taking canopy completely down due to coming loose and had to tie down with straps. There was significant damage to the canopy, loss of bolts of railings that held the canopy, and damage to back light with loss of screws. In all, the boat was not completely rechecked for travel, with loss of bolts, screws, damage to canopy and back light coming loose. We had contacted salesman within 2 hours of drive on 8/16/19 and pictures were sent to him. He stated he would take care of damage and have parts mailed to our home address. On 8/23/19 a follow-up was done by the Parts Department with pictures emailed to us regarding parts to be sent out. On 9/24/19 we did another follow-up and was told by salesman he was out of town, but would be back in the office on Friday 9/27/19. Called office and told he was off that day and instructed to call Monday the Parts department to locate the package that contained the parts. Called Monday 9/30/19 and spoke with Craig (PARTS DEPT) and he informed me that nothing had been ordered. He sent email to salesman to clarify situation. We received that email and additional information from text messaging was entered on the email, including a text from the parts department on 8/23/19 with pictures of parts involved. As of today, 10/2/19, no response from dealership: salesman or parts department. We were never told to bring the boat back in for evaluation, but that they would just mail out the parts, including new front canopy for pontoon. Thank you.
