GBGreat Shuttle Drivers The driver who took me to the Terminal on Friday, April 26, 2024, was kind and funny. The driver who returned me to JFK Long Term Parking this morning (April 28, 2024) picked me up quickly from the Terminal and was sweet.

GBI park at this location every time I… I park at this location every time I have to travel and the service is exceptional The staff is respectful and courteous The shuttle staff is also very friendly Upon my return my vehicle is ready for me to depart There is no waiting time to get the vehicle Which is greatly appreciated

GBWe are frequent parkers at the LGA… We are frequent parkers at the LGA location and were disappointed by the van drivers insistence on waiting for others before he left the lot to drive us to the terminal (even though there were already others in the van). We had to get out of the van and repeatedly tell our driver that we were going to be late if he continued to wait. This has never happened before.
