The multi-day parking pass is an… The multi-day parking pass is an incredible bargain if you are staying at a downtown hotel! We had a minor glitch one day in exiting the garage, but the customer support staff is great and quickly worked it out. Highly recommended!

I had to reserve a parking spot for the… I had to reserve a parking spot for the end of May for a music festival. I had questions and I called the garage and the woman that helped me was so kind and gave me the info I needed to book my spot. I really appreciate that bc nowadays it’s hard to find good customer service.

Needs direction improvement.... It was very hard and confusing to find this place! I almost MISSED the event I was downtown for because I couldn't figure out how to get TO the garage! It's a good price but VERY confusing trying to use GPS to get there..... Needs improvement.

My parking reservation hasnt started… My parking reservation hasnt started yet but im running into a problem already. They were suppose to email me a barcode instead i was told to do a cancellation because of a glitch in the system and repeat the process. Really a big inconvenience and no guarantees if the the glitch wont happen again.

Great Parking Very spacious, clean and convenient parking garage. I reserved a spot online and parked all day for $15. Easy in and out. I would highly recommend using this lot while visiting millennial park and areas nearby.
