I was picked up by the driver who was extremely knowledgeable and explained the procedures clearly when I came back. To my surprise I had the same driver pick me up and was greeted and treated very well. The price for parking was extremely reasonable so I would highly recommend this service for your next trip.

Professional, fast, courteous and best price Was great! The drivers were very courteous. We only waited a few minutes for a shuttle both ways. And considering we were coming home right when the pandemic hysteria was in full swing, we were very grateful for this. We felt that our car was in a safe place, and the price was fantastic. This is my new go-to for parking at Newark. We live closer to Philadelphia, but chose to fly out of Newark because of price and flight availability, so having a good parking option was an added bonus. Great job!

I had a situation with the reservation… I had a situation with the reservation when I went to check out and I am still perplexed by the way it was calculated but the attendant /driver took care of it for me and I was on my way paying what was stated on the prepaid reservation receipt . I also notice that upon return to the lot you have to call the driver for pick ups during the Covid situation it only took 5-10 for the shuttle to arrive after I figured that out. Luckily i had the number from the entrance sign when i arrived make everything easier..
