This is THE shuttle service to work with! I googled shuttles to find a way to get from Phoenix airport to my parents in the Tuscon area without having to rent a car. My wish was to surprise my Dad on a special milestone birthday. In working with Paulette I happened to mention my plan, and she was immediately enthusiastic, offered suggestions for how we could make the most of the surprise and was an integral part of making this the most memorable birthday that my Dad may have ever had. Besides her honest, prompt, and professional demeanor, she helped to execute the surprise.
