Driver was upset someone pulled in… Driver was upset someone pulled in front of him, so decided to go around and cut them off with me in the back seat. Almost hit the car with his rattling van. Extremely unsafe. This was after I had to listen to his wife yelling at him for 15 minutes. Would not recommend them to anyone.

This is THE shuttle service to work with! I googled shuttles to find a way to get from Phoenix airport to my parents in the Tuscon area without having to rent a car. My wish was to surprise my Dad on a special milestone birthday. In working with Paulette I happened to mention my plan, and she was immediately enthusiastic, offered suggestions for how we could make the most of the surprise and was an integral part of making this the most memorable birthday that my Dad may have ever had.
