SCAM. SCAM.. I JUST RECEIVED A PARKING FINE .. CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY HAVE VANISHED .. NONE OF THE PHONE NUMBERS WORKING AND EMAILS BOUNCING BACK

Scammers Awful company was going by the… Scammers Awful company was going by the name Aeropark Southampton when we used them in August . Last min change of drop off when I called them to say 20 mins away I should have listened to the red flags then . Waiting at the port for 3 hours till we eventually got a taxi as no pick up came . Nisha gave every story going . Then couldn’t find our car or keys , eventually found our car but we had to get a hire car ourselves drive a 10 hr round trip to get our spare key got back next day more lies lies lies car was in a different multi story car park to the address they’d told us the day before . At first Johnathon Christo ( manager ? ) did reply say all expenses would be covered but get getting fobbed off . Now no replies . Constant changes of business name and directors . Booked with Trinqoo I think it’s all part of same firm . From some of the reviews I ve read since , I think we came away lightly .

Brilliant Can’t praise Johnnie and his team in Southampton enough. We arrived at the car park to find we had been scammed by another outfit. Johnnie stepped in to save the day and made sure we reached the cruise terminal in time to board. He & his driver were fantastic. Definite 5 stars + Thank you

Friendly staff and good Service. DO NOT NEED TO LEAVE KEYS Friendly staff and good Service. I also received a parking ticket but it was cancelled when I called them and double checked with the ticket issuers. Ticket was only issued due to a change of car park system in recent weeks. They validate their number plates with the owners as kindly explained by Nisha who got this sorted very proficiently

Great service Great service. Communication is responsive. Car park is safe and shuttles are on time.
