Extremely unprofessional - Never use BePark! In the middle of March I booked a parking for a one-day visit in Bruxelles on March 30, paid with my credit card, and I installed the app as described on the web-page. However: Some days before my booked parking, the reservation disappeared from the app - just disappeared! At arrival I then needed to use the access methods for "dumb phones", calling the indicated phone number, as the app could still not find the reservation. At exit, also the phone number did not ansver, so I had difficulties getting out, and I needed to request help. Returning home, I now receive an invoice for something, which I have alrewady paid! And I even get the message "WARNING: additional fees will be charged for any refused transaction" in the document! And furthermore, if I log into "my account" it says that my car is still parked in the garage, and that it has been so for more than five days - even though I left the garage after a total parking time of 6 hours, leaving back to Denmark! They don't even know, when you arrive and depart! Finally, they have my credit card information, and there is no way to delete it. I am very frustrated and very disappointed. I expected a professional app and a professional service, but this is not what I seem to get. Take my recommendation, and NEVER EVER even think of using BePark!

Beware! After signing up and giving away my credit card details (a necessary step to be able to register), I find out the service is unusable and the app is full of bugs. Now they have my credit card details and there is nowhere the possibility to cancel and delete all my information. What about GDPR? I will be reporting them.

I have rented a parking space in… I have rented a parking space in Bruxelles with another company, but it seems they share the spot. So because of my plate was not (obviously) in their systems, they left a notice and glued a decal saying “illegally parked” on the window of my car. It took more than an hour to take it off. All they have to say was “sorry”.

BePark does not provide the services that you pay for and refuse to take responsibility for false advertising I rented a space in a garage in Lyon, France. BePark falsely advertises that this parking is suitable for sedan and "family" cars (in other words, station wagons and such). In reality, however, the garage is only big enough for compact cars. As I do not have a compact car, I was not able to use the garage that I paid for. I requested a refund from BePark, but they claim that they are unable to make refunds "as they already issued the invoice." I am waiting for clarifications on why they are not able to issue credit invoices, but so far I have received none.

Unprofessional customer contact Arriving at the parking location the door didn't open. After ringing the bell again, someone came out to open up, but the door of the car lift didn't open. After about 20 minutes I was send away and found an other place to park for a few hours instead of two days that I had planned. I thought that was that, untill despite being denied access, they still billed me for the two days I had the bank reclaim the payment and contacted customer service. Instead of confirming their mistake and offering me apologies for the bad service, I first got a confirmation they received my mail and nothing much more, but then received an invoice with a €10 surplus charge. Contacted customer service again, explaining the situation again. Response? They basically called me a lier, claiming the car lift wasn't broken and claiming that the person that came to the door wasn't affiliated to bepark but instead was a hotel employee, as if that is at all relevant. They informed me the invoice could not be cancelled and I was due about €70 euro for the service they failed to provide. I've now send evidence that I was at their door for 20 minutes, no response yet. I can't blame them for a broken elevator, but their customer contact is below anything that can be expected from a professional organisation. No apologies, a surcharge, refusal to correct a mistake by them, plain out telling me that the lift wasn't broken where it was, it's like communicating with a 10 year old who won't admit he broke sonething. It's an absolutely horrible experience. I'm never going to use the parking services of BePark again. Update (aug 17 2023): after having waited for six days to a response to my mail containing proof of having been rejected access to the facility, I just recieved a new invoice with an aditional 30 euro surcharge.
