No findings is not no findings After a very long delay we received a report showing no background concerns. We wrote saying the person had a felony record and found it in a simple web search, and they did not. They wrote back with excuses. I would not use this company again.

Timewasters Stop wasting people's time just to look useful... Aboslutely abysmal communicators - you have various people e-mailing from the same address, sometimes not giving their name; people asking to contact past employers that you specifically marked as not-for-contacting, in SafeScreener's own form...; taking days to perform simple tasks... Their jobs are going to be largely automated and they know it - hence their timewasting tactics (they can't make the job look too easy), and insistence on unnecessary, slow, human-based checks. They've actually slightly lowered my opinion of the company they're screening me for, for being affiliated with SafeScreener at all.
