My package arrived quickly but was in tatters and was poorly packed. My package arrived quickly but was in tatters and partially torn open - courier issue. The packing of the contents was banged up too. I checked each item for any damage to the parts, they seemed OK. There wasn't enough packing to secure and cushion the contents - packer issue. There was an engine air filter that was stuffed into an undersized box. The air filter box was crushed on the ends. Between the crush on the ends and other contents in the package, some of air filter folds appeared crushed a bit - packer issue. With having to pay of handling and shipping, German Auto Parts needs to do a better job in packing boxes for shipping. I need to assess if I need replacements of the parts in this package.

I buy car parts online all the time… I buy car parts online all the time because I live in a rural area. Most car-specific sites are adequate for everyday items, but sometimes you run into an issue that requires a little assistance, not just a part. I called German Auto Parts for help with an Audi drive axle. Mark not only sent me screenshots of the part I was looking for via his vendor drill down method, he also hooked me up with a set of triple square bits that made getting this job done so much easier. Many more parts will be ordered through them! Just an awesome experience.
