I called to make changes to a… I called to make changes to a reservation and the guy Javier was really helpful and got it done quickly! And on top of that the phone got disconnected and he called me right back I was very pleased.👍

Great Customer Service Experience My bank didn’t approve the transaction at the time of my reservation. When I arrived, I had to call Customer Service. The agent, Javier Calderon, was very pleasant and resolved my issue rather quickly! I got my rental at the same price!

Another excellent customer service experience Another second excellent smooth and great experience. The agent I delt with for the second time, Mariana, was excellent, friendly and caring.
