Another excellent customer service experience Another second excellent smooth and great experience. The agent I delt with for the second time, Mariana, was excellent, friendly and caring. Great Customer Service Experience My bank didn’t approve the transaction at the time of my reservation. When I arrived, I had to call Customer Service. The agent, Javier Calderon, was very pleasant and resolved my issue rather quickly! I got my rental at the same price!
