Another excellent customer service experience Another second excellent smooth and great experience. The agent I delt with for the second time, Mariana, was excellent, friendly and caring. This has been the best experience I have had of a rental car company customer service agent. If all agents are like Mariana then Miles car rental should be no.1 rated. I called to make changes to a… I called to make changes to a reservation and the guy Javier was really helpful and got it done quickly! And on top of that the phone got disconnected and he called me right back I was very pleased.👍
