Great Customer Service Experience My bank didn’t approve the transaction at the time of my reservation. When I arrived, I had to call Customer Service. The agent, Javier Calderon, was very pleasant and resolved my issue rather quickly! I got my rental at the same price!

I have given Javier Calderon this… I have given Javier Calderon this rating because of his excellent service and patience. I have dealt with three excellent agents who very professional and explained the outstanding service that Viajemos is offering. They were mainly Tatianna, Daniella and Cindy and Karol Moreno. In their absence Javier Calderon has replaced them and extends the same quality of professional service these agents were extending. Javier I must say has a very good knowledge of the operations of Viajemos and is a great representation of the quality of service Viajemos provides. I wish you well Javier and just continue doing the hard work. With this review I hope it reaches the eyes of theSupervisors and Managers to see that you can make an excellent supervisor.. I called to make changes to a… I called to make changes to a reservation and the guy Javier was really helpful and got it done quickly! And on top of that the phone got disconnected and he called me right back I was very pleased.👍
