Another excellent customer service experience Another second excellent smooth and great experience. The agent I delt with for the second time, Mariana, was excellent, friendly and caring. This has been the best experience I have had of a rental car company customer service agent. If all agents are like Mariana then Miles car rental should be no.1 rated. I have given Javier Calderon this… I have given Javier Calderon this rating because of his excellent service and patience. I have dealt with three excellent agents who very professional and explained the outstanding service that Viajemos is offering. They were mainly Tatianna, Daniella and Cindy and Karol Moreno. In their absence Javier Calderon has replaced them and extends the same quality of professional service these agents were extending. Javier I must say has a very good knowledge of the operations of Viajemos and is a great representation of the quality of service Viajemos provides.
