BSGreat Customer Service Experience My bank didn’t approve the transaction at the time of my reservation. When I arrived, I had to call Customer Service. The agent, Javier Calderon, was very pleasant and resolved my issue rather quickly! I got my rental at the same price!

GBAnother excellent customer service experience Another second excellent smooth and great experience. The agent I delt with for the second time, Mariana, was excellent, friendly and caring. This has been the best experience I have had of a rental car company customer service agent. If all agents are like Mariana then Miles car rental should be no.1 rated. CZI have rented car in Los Angeles I have rented car in Los Angeles from Miles car rental. Car was finally rented in Dollar car rental. I have paid in advance full liability (as it was declared by Miles car rental). I was very supprised that Dollar car rental requested additional payment for fees and liability for car which was 355 USD for 13 days which almost doubled price for rental. On the top of this negative experience it was announced to us that Dollar do not have any car available for us and we suppose to wait for 2 hours. It was 1 am, we were very tired from long way from Europe... It was so terrible experience that if it is possbile I give even negative stars!!!
