BSGreat Customer Service Experience My bank didn’t approve the transaction at the time of my reservation. When I arrived, I had to call Customer Service. The agent, Javier Calderon, was very pleasant and resolved my issue rather quickly! I got my rental at the same price!

CZI have rented car in Los Angeles I have rented car in Los Angeles from Miles car rental. Car was finally rented in Dollar car rental. I have paid in advance full liability (as it was declared by Miles car rental). I was very supprised that Dollar car rental requested additional payment for fees and liability for car which was 355 USD for 13 days which almost doubled price for rental. On the top of this negative experience it was announced to us that Dollar do not have any car available for us and we suppose to wait for 2 hours. It was 1 am, we were very tired from long way from Europe... It was so terrible experience that if it is possbile I give even negative stars!!!

GBI have given Javier Calderon this… I have given Javier Calderon this rating because of his excellent service and patience. I have dealt with three excellent agents who very professional and explained the outstanding service that Viajemos is offering. They were mainly Tatianna, Daniella and Cindy and Karol Moreno. In their absence Javier Calderon has replaced them and extends the same quality of professional service these agents were extending. Javier I must say has a very good knowledge of the operations of Viajemos and is a great representation of the quality of service Viajemos provides. I wish you well Javier and just continue doing the hard work. With this review I hope it reaches the eyes of theSupervisors and Managers to see that you can make an excellent supervisor..
