Great Customer Service Experience My bank didn’t approve the transaction at the time of my reservation. When I arrived, I had to call Customer Service. The agent, Javier Calderon, was very pleasant and resolved my issue rather quickly! I got my rental at the same price!

Another excellent customer service experience Another second excellent smooth and great experience. The agent I delt with for the second time, Mariana, was excellent, friendly and caring. This has been the best experience I have had of a rental car company customer service agent. If all agents are like Mariana then Miles car rental should be no.1 rated. Thanks Mariana for making my experience excellent.
