SoCal Imports hold up their end of the bargain!!! Company sent items ordered the next day through qualified free shipping with the U.S. Postal service. SoCal held up their end of the bargain by shipping promptly. Too bad the U.S. postal service is not as reliable, trustworthy, and conscientious as SoCal Imports. Items SAT at the LA post office for four days before finally leaving California. AGAIN; I want to STRESS…..This was not SoCal Imports fault at all! They’re prices are reasonable, products are of good quality, and they actually have customer service with real, live human beings to assist you with your needs as well as their expertise. I offer this advice when using free shipping through U.S. Postal service: FOLLOW tracking on order and contact U.S. Postal service if package is not moving. Take the time to sit on hold for up to thirty minutes if necessary to speak to a real live representative of the U.S. Postal service and don’t take for granted that you’ll get results through the post office’s automated assistance system. The U.S. Postal service is NOT as customer service oriented as SoCal Imports!

I received a phone call from the guy… I received a phone call from the guy putting my order together. He asked me what kind of bug I was working on. I told him and he said u got the wrong part here then, I will change it for you. Unreal! What a guy! Fantastic customer service. He caught my mistake and fixed it!
