Outstanding Customer Experience I am amazed on how solid this company is. I had an issue with my fuel pump on myTrax4 in-bed tank on Tuesday . I called and spoke with Marti on the tech line and explained what the problem was. I also told Marti that I was leaving on Thursday for a 10 day trip. Marti identified the problem and immediately send out a replacement pump the same day. I received the pump on Wednesday and the install was simple. Marti and the Transferflow team saved the day and now I don’t have to worry about filling my stock 32 gal tank every two hours pull my 5er. I was further impressed with the fact that Marti called me on Thursday inquiring how everything went. Transferflow, you have a customer for life and I will be your biggest supporter! Everyone at Transfer Flow knows their…Job! Everyone at Transfer Flow knows their job, but more importantly, everyone from the time you open the door until you leave the parking lot is on the same page. Once the first person knows why you called or dropped in, you are taken care of promptly without you having to explain over and over to each person why you are there.

Tank was shipped and delivered on Time Tank was shipped and delivered on time. Unfortunately, my tank was sent to another customer in error and I received theirs. Folks at Transfer Flow promptly corrected the error and got the tank delivered to me just a couple of days later. Tank was in excellent condition and installed without any issues. Love the tank and the extended range.
